We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This role includes participation in our Casting Apprenticeship Program , designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the foundry industry.
Through hands‑on training and mentorship, you will:
Learn the fundamentals of aluminum permanent mold casting.
Progress from finishing operations into casting responsibilities.
Receive structured, on‑the‑job training supported by experienced Cell Leaders.
Develop technical skills, safety awareness, and continuous improvement practices.
Gain opportunities for advancement into higher-skilled casting roles.

Key Responsibilities: Participate fully in training programs provided.
Manufacture castings in a team‑oriented production environment.
Perform cutting,sanding and grinding of castings.
Progress into casting duties as training milestones are achieved.
Work collaboratively with other Finishers, Casters and Cell Leaders to meet delivery commitments.
Apply 5S and Continuous Improvement practices.
What You Bring: Ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written).
Robust teamwork and collaboration skills.
Flexibility with working overtime.
Previous exposure to a lean manufacturing environment is an asset.
