UHN seeks a Patient Education Specialist to lead planning for a centralized Surgical Patient Education Hub at the Sprott Department of Surgery. You will assess materials, standardize education delivery, and align with Epic tools and patient-facing health literacy standards.
You will engage clinical teams, patients, and digital partners to design and implement future-state workflows, develop an implementation roadmap, and deliver concise leadership-ready reports and recommendations.
