We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in a lively restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in serving and hospitality, is highly valued.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Assist with food preparation and refilling beverages as needed
Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests’ tables
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations
Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Skills
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in serving roles
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Experience with food preparation and food handling procedures
Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting
Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed
