Sushi Mura Oak is seeking dedicated Dishwasher Positions to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen workplace, supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food service industry and be part of a vibrant culinary team.

Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including prep stations and storage spaces
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards




Manage waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly
Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment

Experience
Prior experience in cleaning, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols is beneficial
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to team needs
