Your responsibilities include monitoring Medly alerts, educating patients and families on self-care, and overseeing guideline-directed medical therapy. This role demands a proactive approach to patient management, ensuring documentation is meticulously maintained within the EPIC system. Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit pilot participants and obtain informed consent
- Manage daily Medly alerts in collaboration with the clinic team




- Communicate with patients on proper Medly usage
- Provide education on adverse reactions and self-care
- Support guideline-directed medical therapy and medication titration Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master’s preferred
- Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience
- Current registration with Ontario College of Nurses
- Clinical research experience preferred
