Innovation Federal Credit Union in Regina is seeking a Member Advisor to join our member service team. You will provide knowledgeable and timely advice across our financial products, using omni-channel solutions to meet members' banking needs.
As the first point of contact, you will respond to inquiries, promote cash and non-cash products, manage an assigned portfolio, and leverage digital tools to create efficiencies and improve the member experience. Some travel (up to 200 km) may be required.
