With a post-secondary education in human services or equivalent experience, you will develop comprehensive inventories of available resources.

Your role will involve building partnerships with community agencies and assisting those returning home after accessing services like Justice and Health. Key Responsibilities:

- Support individuals in navigating housing and health systems
- Develop an inventory of provincial support services

- Facilitate life skills training sessions Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in human services
- Experience in community or public services
- Effective communication skills, especially digitally
