Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team in Cambridge.



This position plays a key role in maintaining and improving our operations by ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Health & Safety

Please note – our work workplace is safety sensitive and will require the successful applicant to undergo a pre‑employment medical and drug evaluation.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
- Install and maintain mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Operate basic machine tools (lathe, drill press, etc.)
- Use welding equipment, hand tools and power tools
- Complete required preventative maintenance and documentation
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

- Valid Industrial Millwright 433A C of Q
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly compensation is based on the current collective agreement. We offer a competitive benefits package, uniforms, safety boots and PPE.

Shift Details

This position will be on a three‑shift rotation of 10‑hour shifts. Any weekend work is overtime.

Shift premiums apply.
