As part of the Governance & Risk Management team, you will leverage your financial acumen while performing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) engagements. This energetic role requires evaluating entity-level controls, performing risk assessments, and testing key internal controls. Your insights will help clients navigate compliance requirements effectively and efficiently, driving business success across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ICFR engagements for compliance with NI 52-109 and SOX 404
• Evaluate and test internal controls and provide improvement recommendations
• Assess risks and business processes for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with client engagement teams on project scopes and deadlines
• Participate in enterprise risk service delivery including audits and resilience programs
Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
• Completion of CPA Qualified Program prerequisites upon employment
• Previous accounting office experience is a plus
• Customer service or client service experience preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software beneficial
