Overview of Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead by example, inspire, mentor, and coach team to drive performance, engagement, and career development.
Be present on the floor.
Excel in all positional stations – be a best in class superstar!
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Recruit, train, develop, and perform performance reviews with the Operations Manager (OM) and Franchise Partner (FP).
Schedule, plan, and organize team meetings and training sessions.
Adhere to and develop food safety standards.
Monitor financial reports, and food and labor costs.
Create schedules according to labor targets.
Order products and ingredients based on the requirements and according to food cost targets.
Achieve company goals and objectives by working closely with your team.
Champion exceptional guest experiences by ensuring food quality, superior service, and welcoming environments: product, people, and place.



Maintain nothing but the highest standards.
Communicate guest feedback to kitchen team and creative corrective action plans to improve.
Carry out catering orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Actively represent HARVEST Clean Eats at local events and initiatives, fostering relationships with community members to promote the brand.
Drive a explicit vision and clearly communicate to the team.
Adhere to maintenance schedules and guidelines of all restaurant equipment and small wares.
Qualifications Required 1+ years of hospitality leadership experience
English Language
Diploma in hospitality, restaurant management, or other related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing environment
Willingness to learn and embrace change
Benefits & Wage Starting hourly wage of $21.95 to $25.00 depending on experience
