Foundation Health is looking for compassionate Personal Support Workers to assist individuals facing the challenges of aging and illness. This role involves supporting daily activities, mobility assistance, monitoring health status, and providing emotional support. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide mobility support and aid in transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed




• Monitor and record vital signs accurately

Requirements:
• Valid PSW Certificate or related credentials
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Valid G2/G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
