As a Loader Operator I at IAA, you will play a vital role in yard operations, utilizing front-end loaders to maneuver vehicles. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and basic maintenance of equipment. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring lot inventory is accurate and assisting with vehicle preparations, enhancing the auction experience for buyers and sellers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate front-end loader for vehicle movement
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment




• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts
• Document vehicle information and perform light maintenance

Requirements:
• Valid drivers' license and high school diploma
• Mechanical knowledge or experience preferred
• Solid teamwork skills and positive demeanor
• Experience with Volvo L90G and L90H loaders is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate safely outdoors
