Pinchin is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation team in Burnaby. The existing role reports to the Operations Manager.
Role Overview As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project teams by coordinating administrative activities, preparing and quality-checking project deliverables, maintaining project data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with technical staff and clients,



you will help keep projects on track while providing essential administrative and operational support.
Your Role and Action Ensure deliverables are accurately formatted and that quality control forms have been completed by technical reviewers
Issue letters, reports, transmittals, spreadsheets, appendices (maps, photographs), etc. to clients on a timely basis
Timely assembly, printing, delivery of reports, letters, etc.
Project setups to ensure accuracy of details maintained in company project management system (Vision)
Receive/process internal samples for lab
Complete monthly office safety audits
Assist in filling various chains of custodies for samples
Generate shipping slips and receive office packages
Set-up of Team / Zoom meetings
Assist with taking minutes
Analyze and verify consistency, completeness and accuracy of project data
Assist and or maintain a clean, organized desk and well-stocked kitchen area and supply room
What You’ll Bring to Pinchin Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Secretarial or Administrative Assistant Course and 1-year Business Administration or Business Computer Course
At least two years of experience in administrative functions
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of Foxit PDF Editor
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision under strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working with all levels of the organization
Able to work independently and in a team setting
