We are looking for a Farm Manager who can effectively manage greenhouse operations, supervise teams, and contribute to community resilience through sustainable food production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in farm management, crop rotation, and soil health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage seed planting and crop rotation schedules
• Monitor greenhouse climate and pest control measures
• Develop seasonal production and harvest plans
• Ensure effective washing, packing, and storage of produce
• Maintain tools and farm equipment

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in small-scale farm production
• Familiar with non-automated irrigation systems
• Strong leadership skills in training seasonal workers
• Physical stamina for fieldwork
