This role ensures that quality data, tools, and systems are meaningful, practical, and easy for teams to use as they work to continuously improve the care and quality of life of our residents. The Director promotes a culture aligned with AgeCare’s values of Trust, Respect, Quality, and Teamwork, while supporting secure environments for residents, families, visitors, and staff.**What You Will Do*** Evaluate and improve quality systems, processes, and indicators to support resident care outcomes.* Develop and maintain Quality Dashboards that provide clear and actionable data for leadership teams.* Analyze and interpret quality data from PointClickCare, CIHI, MDS RAI, and RUGS.* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and meaningful reporting across systems.* Support home leadership teams with analysis, education, and the development of Quality Indicator Protocols.* Oversee coordination and education related to PointClickCare, MDS RAI, RUGS, and Plans of Care.* Lead annual Case Mix Index (CMI)
