and leadership alignmentCollaborate with the broader People & Culture team to deliver integrated talent programs and initiatives across the organizationUse workforce data and insights to inform leadership decisions and identify trends related to engagement, performance, and retentionSupport leaders in building high‑performing, inclusive teams that align with Entuitive's values and cultureWhat do you need to succeed?Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a strategic HR Business Partner role with clear examples of impact on team performance, leadership capability, or organizational outcomes.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people initiatives to business priorities and outcomesExcellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with leadersStrong coaching capability and high emotional intelligence when supporting leaders through complex people situationsAbility to influence leaders and drive accountability for people and culture prioritiesExperience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and talent management initiativesAbility to analyze workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsExperience supporting leaders in a professional services, consulting, or project‑based environment is considered an asset.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
