Manulife is seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer to lead multi-team agile delivery for our U.S. Retirement business. In this role, you'll collaborate with business and technology leaders to align priorities and manage dependencies effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and delivery of large-scale initiatives
• Maintain integrated program roadmaps and risk management plans
• Coordinate application releases and provide status updates
• Coach Scrum Masters and business analysts




• Facilitate collaboration across teams to meet objectives

Requirements:
• 8+ years in agile delivery as RTE or similar role
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Protected
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with distributed teams and release management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
