This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of group benefits accounts and cultivating solid partnerships with Advisors and clients. You will engage in proactive service delivery, issue resolution, and support to maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for Advisors and clients
• Achieve growth and retention financial objectives
• Deliver exceptional customer service via explicit communication




• Monitor client utilization trends and identify opportunities
• Schedule and lead client meetings to discuss plan performance

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in account management or group benefits
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• LLQP license preferred
