Join our agile team as a Stone Installer and bring craftsmanship and precision to every project! In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of stone materials, including natural stone, tile, and engineered surfaces, to create stunning, durable finishes for residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will help transform spaces into beautiful, functional environments while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Duties
Measure and prepare surfaces using hand tools and construction techniques to ensure accurate installation of stone materials
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed schematics to follow project specifications precisely
Cut, shape, and fit stone materials with precision using hand tools such as chisels, saws, and grinders
Install stone tiles, slabs, countertops, and other surfaces in accordance with design plans and safety standards
Apply caulking, grout, or sealants to secure installations and prevent water infiltration or damage
Collaborate with team members on restoration projects involving historic or damaged stonework




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly to promote safety and efficiency

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools used in stone cutting and installation such as chisels, saws, grinders, and trowels
Construction experience with a focus on masonry, carpentry, or related trades is highly desirable
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise installation
Knowledge of caulking techniques to ensure waterproofing and finish quality
Experience in restoration work involving historic or damaged stone surfaces
Familiarity with construction painting, plumbing connections related to stone features, welding for structural support when needed
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow schematics closely while maintaining safety standards
