You will manage operations in a complex workplace, emphasizing workforce engagement and operational performance. Your leadership will ensure that manufacturing assets remain agile and resilient, aligning with both customer and shareholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall manufacturing operations and staff management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years in operational leadership
• Experience in unionized manufacturing
• Proven success in managing complex operations
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
