You will leverage your extensive expertise in skilled services to lead a team of over 75 practitioners while ensuring the sustainability of operations. This position will allow you to innovate and build a delivery OS that empowers our consultants to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure engagement quality and client satisfaction metrics

15+ years of consulting experience with P&L; responsibility
Extensive knowledge of managing service delivery economics
