Dozer Operators - Fort Hills - 14/7 - Camp + Paid Flights - Fort McMurray, AB

Kichton Construction LP is seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join their team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This full-time role involves operating large dozers (D9-D11) at the Fort Hills site, supporting mining operations in the oilsands. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, have robust communication skills, and bring at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in mining or heavy civil environments.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating Dozers D9 to D11
- Willingness and ability to work in soft ground conditions (Muskeg) and rip frost above shovels
- Familiarity with production environments
- Ability to follow instructions and ensure safe equipment operation
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

What Will Make You Stand Out
