McGill University in Montreal is seeking a Research Assistant to support data analysis and pipeline development for neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration research. The role involves processing bulk and single-nucleus RNA-seq data, performing differential expression, clustering, trajectory inference, and pathway analyses, and developing scalable pipelines with Snakemake/Nextflow.

Collaboration with Dr. Stephanie Zande and lab members is essential.
