As an operator with AltaSteel, you have the opportunity to start your career in one of many entry level positions on-site where you will have room to grow and advance. Entry level positions may include but are not limited to: Rail Yard Labourer, Fork Lift Operator, Crane Operator, or Materials Handler.
Qualifications & Skills
Eager to learn and take on current challenges
Mindset geared towards safety
Able to adhere to policies and procedures
18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to perform manual labour




Able to perform routine, repetitious work
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is considered an asset
Experience operating equipment is considered an asset
Industrial, manufacturing setting
Fast paced environment
