You will coordinate events, liaise with support workers, and foster relationships with clients facing various challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver recreation and sport activities for CHO clients
• Assess needs of clients with mental illnesses and addictions




• Communicate effectively with clients and support staff

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Experience working with vulnerable populations
