Contribute to resident care as a full-time Mental Health Worker at Beckman House in Maple Ridge. Support individuals' daily living activities and foster an encouraging workplace for independence.

Beckman House is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Worker for its licensed housing program. You will assist residents with daily tasks, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate their progress. Your role includes administering medications, planning recreational activities, and fostering a supportive atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision
• Develop and implement individual care plans
• Monitor and record residents’ needs and progress
• Facilitate social programs and community participation
• Administer medications as per policy

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Mental Health Worker Certificate from an accredited institution
• Two years of relevant experience
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Current Driver’s License
