Account Management team is the front line of our business and is directly responsible for the generation of new business through inbound and outbound channels while forging long term relationships. Responsibilities Contacting customers who are interacting with Ritchie Bros. with the goal of obtaining a completed credit application that will lead to a financing transaction
Making outbound calls to customers who have purchased equipment at a recent Ritchie Bros. auction
Satisfying the needs of all financing inquiries from customers who interacting with Ritchie Bros. auction
Marketing to and educating the customer on the Ritchie Bros. Financial Services product offering
Establishing equipment financing pre-approvals for customers’ future purchases
Providing rate quotation information to customer
Closing customer on terms and conditions of approval
Execute on the Follow the Customer strategy, where applicable
Execute on the re-seller strategy to engage end user customers
Qualifications 1-4 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, including experience outbound calling
Consistent track-record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
Intermediate skills with MS Word and Excel are required.
Driven to seek new business and have a natural ability at building authentic customer relationships.
Ability to collaborate and interact effectively within a Team.
Knowledge in analysis and adjudication of consumer or commercial credit is an asset.
Post-secondary degree or diploma is considered an asset.
Additional languages are an asset, especially French or Spanish.
Strong presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job.

The role offers a base compensation of $45,000 CAD + monthly sales commissions with an overall OTE of $60-65 CAD
