What Would You Be Doing?
Operate a company provided shuttle van to offer rides to customers at the airport, parking in the long term parking lot
Operate the van on a fixed route
Look for walking passengers and offer a ride to / from the terminal
Assist with luggage onloading / offloading if needed
Greet all customers, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person
Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized
Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision
Promote awesome customer relations. Smile! Go above and beyond!
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor across various departments

What Are the Working Conditions?
Outdoor and indoor settings which includes varying temperatures and weather conditions
Required to drive and stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift

General requirements and shift type?
Must have a valid class 4 or 5 license
Must have reliable transportation to get to / from the airport
Saturday, Sunday, and some holidays
2 part time positions available: 4am to 2pm and 2pm to 12am (Saturday, Sunday)
Customer service / shuttle service experience preffered
IPC2
