What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, or in an administrative role supporting industrial construction or turnaround projects
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with data entry, document control, and maintaining accurate records
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Current certifications:
H2S Alive
CSTS or CSO
WHMIS 2015





What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to the site management team.
Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and site files.
Assist with timesheets, data entry, reporting, and document control.
Coordinate site communications, meetings, and daily administrative activities.
Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and completed in a timely manner.
Follow all company safety policies and maintain Canoco's high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism.
