Vision Truck Group – Cambridge (Corporate Office)

Position: Credit Manager
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience

Vision Truck Group is currently seeking a highly analytical and strategic Credit Manager to join our team at our recent corporate office in Cambridge. The ideal candidate would be professional and detail-oriented with a strong background in risk assessment, commercial credit, and customer relationship management.

What You’ll Do:
Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements, credit bureau reports, and references.
Approve, adjust, or deny credit limits and payment terms based on risk parameters.
Review existing customer accounts periodically to adjust credit limits and risk categories.
Serve as the direct report for the Accounts Receivable department.
Monitor again accounts receivable reports to identify delinquent balances early.
Implement effective collection strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
Maintain, update and enforce the corporate credit and collections policy.




Ensure all credit activities comply with provincial, federal, and industry regulations.
Track and report on key department metrics.
Present risk assessments and portfolio health updates to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:
Previous Credit Management experience is required.
Minimum 5 years of credit experience.
Credit designation preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
