Physiotherapist – Bradford Region

CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Physiotherapist in the Bradford region.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $74.52 – $85.63 per visit.

Bring mobility and recovery home. As a PT in our Integrated Care Program, you’ll help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization, reducing readmissions and improving outcomes through hands‑on, community‑based care.

Qualifications
Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario




Ability to travel from home to home within the community – a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
A commitment to person and family‑centered care
Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision‑making
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
