This full-time position is dedicated to providing exhilarating biking experiences that teach kids essential cycling techniques while prioritizing safety. You will lead biking sessions tailored for all skill levels and maintain equipment to ensure a positive biking experience. Collaborating with the Program Director supports organized operations and enhances camper enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and run mountain biking lessons for campers
• Ensure bike safety through regular checks
• Promote protected riding practices among campers




• Organize all biking supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with staff on seasonal inventory needs

Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred; experience is a plus
• Ability to inspire and engage children
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Passion for youth development and cycling
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
