Overview The Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level position thatsupports the Service Department while delivering an exceptional customerexperience. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, anddevelop into a Service Advisor.
Responsibilities Answer incoming phonecalls.
Greet customers uponarrival and provide a welcoming experience.
Perform vehiclewalk-arounds with customers.
Move customer vehiclessafely around the dealership.
Assist Service Advisorswith daily tasks.
Provide friendly,professional, and efficient customer service




Requirements Direct customer serviceexperience is required.
Friendly, professional,and customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication andorganizational skills.
Bilingual(English/French) is preferred but not required.
Valid driver's licensewith a clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
