You will be integral to the Finance team, handling transactional duties accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and expense reports in Financial Edge NXT
• Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure GL coding
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payment batches for review by the Accounting Manager
• Maintain organized records for financial transactions

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in accounting, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in accounts payable or full-cycle accounting
• Knowledge of Canadian accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in non-profit accounting is a plus
