confirming the scope of the mandate, coordinating inventory counts, and identifyingappropriate staffingrequirements.Execute and review audit fieldworkExecute engagements using sound audit methodologies and techniquesEnsure engagement queries are resolved clearly and ona timelybasis.Ensure firm and professional quality standards are met on all client deliverablesParticipate in and lead planning and closing meetings with clients,partnersand engagement teamsIdentifyout-of-scope issues during fieldwork andassistpartners in obtaining client approval foradditionaltime and cost before extra charges are incurred.Completemandatesin a timely mannerandwithin budgetPrepare WIP analysis and billingsReview corporate tax returns andidentifypotential tax planning possibilitiesHST, EHT, WSIB: understand basic concepts (registration) & credit/input tax restrictions,andidentifypotential issues related to basic thresholdsReview personal tax returnsFoster andmaintaineffective working relationships withclients andcolleaguesManage staff, including active participation in recruiting,
