DiscoverThe OpportunityTrueFoam is seeking a skilled and safety-focused 4th-Class Power Engineer to join our production team and play a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you're a problem-solver with technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and a passion for continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll doResponsibilitiesReporting to the Plant Supervisor, the 4th-Class Power Engineer will work alongside our power engineering team to ensure uninterrupted production flows, energy efficiency, and safety compliance, while also supporting manufacturing operations, machine performance, and maintenance activities.What You'll DoOperate and monitor boilers, air compressors, chillers, and steam distribution networksRun manufacturing equipment, support production as line lead, and complete production records as required to support production requirementsConduct chemical testing and treatment of boiler feedwater and cooling systemsLead or support maintenance in mold change activitiesMaintain accurate operating logs, inspections, and maintenance recordsRespond to alarms and coordinate with maintenance teams to address issuesSupport outside contractors with machine repairs and upgradesIdentify and implement opportunities for energy efficiency and process improvementsEnsure all systems meet safety and regulatory requirementsWhat you'll needQualificationsCertification: 4th-Class Power Engineer *REQUIRED*Experience: Experience operating boilers, compressors, chillers, and utility systems.Prior experience conducting chemical testing and treatment of boiler feedwater and cooling systems.
