About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Software Development to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of growth. This senior leadership position is focused on defining and executing the engineering strategy, as well as building a high-performing, scalable global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a consistent and excellent operating model across multiple development teams, developing leaders, and instituting KPIs to enhance delivery predictability, quality, and efficiency. A key aspect of the role is the strategic partnership with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security to prioritize investments and to be the visible face of engineering at the executive and board levels.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of fifteen years of engineering leadership experience, with a solid background in scaling SaaS or cloud businesses, and a deep technical understanding of modern, cloud-native architecture.

The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly in the area of AI, to improve developer productivity and delivery speed. The candidate should possess executive presence, business acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to earn the trust and credibility of peers, senior executives, and the Board.
