Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various maintenance tasks for 600 homes
• Utilize Yardi Maintenance IQ for inspections and work orders
• Inspect contractor work against building specifications
• Conduct annual smoke and carbon monoxide tests
• Maintain safe operation of tools and equipment
Requirements:
• Completed journeyman's apprenticeship in a construction trade
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Positive customer service experience
• Valid Class G driver's license
• Willingness to undergo a police background check
