Job Summary

Objective:

We are looking for PART-TIME passionate organized individuals with solid customer service, and solid sales ability to join our team!

You are expected to ensure that the spa runs efficiently, smoothly and provides a high level of quality customer service and care. Your amazing sales ability will ensure we are maximizing our member retention on a daily basis.

Job Duties
Daily operations of the spa, including but not limited to: reception, reservations, maintenance/quality control; including service, cleanliness.
Maintaining a professional spa image at all times
Utilizing strong customer service and communication skills to educate customers on our spa services and products
Resolving client concerns promptly; sharing of best practices regarding client retention so all can learn from concerns and solutions; puts clients first and models service and care standards at all times
Ability to execute marketing and sales strategies
Book appointments over the phone and in person and perform suggestive selling




Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Being able to work on weekdays, weekends, and/or evenings‪ when required by business needs
Experience in the Customer Service, Wellness, Retail, or Hospitality Industries will be an asset
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Strong administrative, operational and computer skills
Ability to work, multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
