Shift Leader | Pita Kitchen

Pita Kitchen is looking for a capable Shift Leader who can take ownership of the floor and kitchen during their shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy Mediterranean restaurant and can keep both the team and service running smoothly.

You will lead the shift from start to finish, support team members, maintain high standards of food and hospitality, and help create a positive environment for guests and staff. We need a reliable leader who can step in, make decisions, and keep things moving.

Key responsibilities include:
Running the shift and directing the team during peak hours




Supporting both kitchen and front-of-house as needed
Ensuring food quality, speed, and guest experience stay consistent
Handling opening or closing duties and daily operational tasks

What we’re looking for:
Previous restaurant leadership or shift supervisor experience
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
Solid communication and team leadership skills
Flexibility with scheduling in a high-volume environment
