This role calls for experienced candidates with a background in logistics or manufacturing, emphasizing relationship-building and efficiency. In collaboration with carriers, you will coordinate all pickups and deliveries, manage order entries, and assist in inventory oversight to ensure material availability. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining seamless logistics operations and fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Logistics Director




• Acknowledge customer orders promptly upon receipt
• Coordinate all pickups and deliveries with carriers
• Prepare all shipping documents for orders
• Ensure inventory management files are accurate

Requirements:
• High school diploma or DEC
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in English and French
• Excellent interpersonal skills
