Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Process sales and purchase orders in Visual ERP
• Manage inbound/outbound shipping and logistics
• Monitor inventory through cycle counts and reordering
• Assist with trade shows and deliveries when required

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant roles
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Outlook, and MS 365
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
