Key Responsibilities:
• Administer property management tasks including rent collection
• Perform various maintenance and repair activities




• Ensure client room cleanliness and secure conditions
• Provide guidance to new staff and support volunteers
• Keep detailed manual and computerized records

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with two years relevant experience
• Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle diverse adult populations
• Must pass Criminal Record Clearance - Vulnerable Sector
