Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and organize all aspects of resident move-ins
• Greet residents and families upon their arrival
• Deliver welcome baskets on move-in day
• Conduct personalized orientations for new residents
• Track individual preferences for tailored experiences

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience
• Post-secondary education in business or hospitality is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
