BrightPath is hiring an Early Childhood Educator specializing in infants and toddlers in Lawrence Ave, BC. This full-time position centers on ensuring a safe, nurturing space for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years.

In this role, you will create and implement a curriculum tailored to developmental needs and maintain an workplace focused on children's well-being. Collaborating with families and team members is key to discussing children's progress and fostering their growth. You will also ensure the classroom remains organized and clean while attending professional development sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop programs aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum
• Ensure a protective environment for infant and toddler care




• Conduct assessments of children’s abilities and progress
• Build collaborative relationships with families and staff
• Participate in staff meetings and development training

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator Infant Toddler Certificate
• Compliance with provincial childcare regulations
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Health assessment and immunization documentation
