NOW HIRING – SNOW REMOVAL CREW LEADER

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Snow Removal Crew Leader to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

Position: Snow Removal Crew Leader

Contract: 6 months

Location: Calgary & surrounding areas

Guaranteed Hours: 120 hours per month

120 HOURS GUARANTEED EVERY MONTH

Any hours worked above the guaranteed 120 hours will be paid additionally.

Requirements: Previous snow removal experience is required
Valid driver’s licence and confidence driving in winter conditions
Must be available for the entire winter season
Adaptable availability during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required
Willing and physically able to perform heavy outdoor work
Able to lead,



organize and take responsibility for a snow removal crew
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Comfortable operating snow removal equipment and following safety procedures

This is a Crew Leader position, so we are specifically looking for someone with previous snow removal experience who can confidently lead a crew and take responsibility for assigned properties. 6-month contract with 120 guaranteed hours per month, plus additional pay for any extra hours worked.
