Overview

Join our team as a Session Manager/Point of Sale (POS) where you will supervise and lead team members to deliver exceptional service to our gaming patrons.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily session operations, ensuring smooth and effective flow according to all gaming regulations
Oversee all point of sale transactions, including cash handling and refunds with accuracy and integrity for bingo sessions
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
Manage guest interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of cash flow, sales reports, and session activities to support operational audits
Perform daily game drop counts and maintain anti-money laundering records
A willingness to learn all available positions in order to better lead team members





Qualifications
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Hold a smart serve certificate
Have a clear criminal record
Be 18 years of age or older.
Being bilingual is considered an asset
Gaming experience not necessary as all training will be provided.

Pay: $18.10-$20.10 per hour
