KingsGuard Security Inc. is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Guard for a permanent construction site. We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated individual who is committed to maintaining a secure and secure environment.

This is a long-term, permanent assignment, ideal for someone seeking consistent hours and secure employment. A reliable vehicle is required, as the site is not easily accessible by public transit.

Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the construction site to prevent theft, trespassing, and vandalism.
Monitor all site access points and verify the identity of contractors, visitors, and deliveries.
Ensure only authorized personnel enter the construction site.
Complete detailed patrol reports and incident reports using a mobile reporting system.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
Monitor site equipment, materials, and fencing for any signs of damage or unauthorized access.
Enforce site safety rules and security procedures.
Report hazards, suspicious activity,



or safety concerns to management immediately.
Coordinate with emergency services when required.

Requirements
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
Previous experience in construction site security is considered an asset.
Strong observation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to prepare accurate and detailed reports.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
