The Civil
Estimator will take ownership of the company’s estimating activities and work directly with the President to ensure a smooth transition and optimize existing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and bids for civil engineering projects.
Review plans, specifications, and tender documents.
Take ownership of and optimize the existing estimating system, primarily Excel-based.
Improve estimating methods and processes.
Work closely with the President and the team.
