Position Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Research Analyst to lead analytical development and support GMP laboratory operations. This role combines scientific expertise, project leadership, and team mentorship to ensure high-quality, compliant analytical results that support drug product development.

Key Responsibilities
Development and validation of analytical methods for drug products.
Plan and execute analytical activities aligned with project timelines. Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Manage GMP stability studies and investigate OOS/OOT results.
Oversee daily lab activities and documentation. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity standards.
Support analytical equipment, CDS, and stability systems (e.g., SLIM, ELN, LIMS).
Train and mentor analysts and technicians.

Qualifications
MSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
5+ years in analytical development in the pharmaceutical industry
Solid knowledge of GMP, method validation, and stability programs
Experience with chromatography systems and laboratory software (CDS, LIMS, ELN)
Solid leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
